SHAPE YOUR COMPANY CULTURE

How to implement and run CultureIQ

(1) Prepare the organization to run its first Culture Survey to get a baseline of the existing company culture.

(2) Analyze data, cascade the results, and build action planning committees to systematically address what we find in the first survey results.

(3) Build a repeatable Culture Management System to make culture a source of strategic advantage creating long run, sustainable value.

What to expect when implementing CultureIQ.

Getting Ready

  • Set up is largely templatized to simplify the initiation of the first annual survey

  • Kickoff, check in, demo, and launch meetings will be conducted to move the process forward

  • Executive team should be enlisted to ensure everyone is aware of the importance of the first survey.

The Results

  • After the first survey, the CultureIQ Strategist will provide a high-level summary of key findings to CEO, People Ops, and ParkerGale

  • Results from the initial survey should be cascaded throughout the organization and to the board

  • Action committees are then formed to act on the feedback

On-Going Culture Management

  • Culture Management will become an on-going, self-reinforcing process of surveying the community, developing action plans, empowering execution, sharing results, and repeating

  • The systematic approach enables culture to be a source of strategic advantage creating long run, sustainable value
